Upcoming procedure "Protection of industrial property rights in enterprises"
According to the published on 08.07.2024 - amended Indicative Annual Work Programme for 2024 of Programme "Competitiveness and Innovations in Enterprises", the Ministry of Innovation and Growth plans to announce admission of projects under the procedure "Protection of Industrial Property Rights in Enterprises".
Procedure objective: Providing focused support to Bulgarian enterprises for claiming and protecting industrial property rights for inventions, utility models, brands and industrial designs.
Minimum amount of the appied grant: 3 000 BGN
Maximum amount of the applied grant: 50 000 BGN
Eligible applicants: micro, small, medium-sized and small mid-cap companies that are traders within the meaning of the Commercial Act or the Cooperatives Act.
Indicative date of announcement of the procedure: November 2024.
