Support and assistance to SMEs in the process of achieving economic transition. The procedure is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including start-ups in the region of Pernik, Kyustendil and Stara Zagora, with the aim of ensuring adequate and effective support to the local economy in the process of transition to climate neutrality.

Procedure objective: support for science-intensive services for the provision of innovative solutions, the introduction of new products, processes or services in business, the solution of various technological problems of enterprises, the introduction of new business models, prototyping, etc. by providing focused support to Bulgarian enterprises in the form of fixed grants for the provision of services by knowledge providers such as universities/scientific organizations, incl. Centers of Competence (CC), Research and Development Association (RDA) of Sofia Tech Park and scientific research infrastructures from the National Road Map for Scientific Infrastructure (NRMSI), entered in the Register of Scientific Activities of the Republic of Bulgaria.

PROCEDURE OBJECTIVE To enable a significant increase in the share of energy from renewable sources (wind and solar) in the energy mix and to guarantee the security, stability and readiness of the Bulgarian electricity system.
