Upcoming procedure "New models in production by SMEs in the Northern regions of the country"

According to the published on 01.10.2024 - a draft of the Indicative Annual Work Programme (IAWP) of the Programme "Competitiveness and Innovations in Enterprises" 2021-2027 (PCIP) for 2025, the Ministry of Innovation and Growth plans to announce submission of projects under procedure "New models in production by SMEs in the Northern regions of the country".

Procedure objective: Providing focused support to enterprises in the Northern regions of the country to increase their innovation activity by introducing new models in production in accordance with the thematic areas of IS3 2021-2027.

Total budget for the procedure: 90 000 000 BGN

Grant aid intensity: 70%

Minimum amount of the appied grant: 50 000 BGN

Maximum amount of the applied grant: 500 000 BGN

Eligible applicants: micro, small and medium-sized companies, that are traders within the meaning of the Commercial Act or the Cooperatives Act.

Eligible cost: Investment costs for Fixed Tangible Assets (FTA), Fixed Intangible Assets (FIA) and service costs.

Indicative date of announcement of the procedure: November 2025 - January 2026
